SAP Building Height Maps

The City of Alexandria has prepared 2 new illustrative maps of the North Old Town Small Area Plan (SAP).

The first map shows maximum heights if bonus heights are applied, as allowed by Section 7-700 (affordable housing bonus height) and Section 6-904 (arts and cultural district bonus height). The second map shows built and approved projects within Old Town North and their maximum allowed building heights as compared to what was built or approved. These maps are for reference purposes only.
