Join us at St Elmo’s to Celebrate our Neighborhood

NOTICe is excited to return to St Elmo’s Old Town at 539 Montgomery Street for our Annual Neighborhood Party on Wednesday, April 17th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM! Come socialize with your neighbors, old and new, while celebrate our wonderful neighborhood: North Old Town.

Our theme this year is Spring Fling so wear your spring colors and floral patterns (As Miranda Priestly says “Florals. For Spring. Groundbreaking.”) for a fun festive evening. We’ll enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail design exclusively for NOTICe. Remember last years Hip to Be Squared? You know that we are in for a treat!

Our special guest speaker is Jack Browand, Alexandria Deputy Director of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs who will chat with us about Alexandria’s green spaces, tree canopy, and parks.

All who live, work or play in Old Town North are welcome to attend! Tickets for the event are $30 for individual NOTICe members and $40 for non-members, which includes membership through October 2024 . New and current members under 35 years old can purchase tickets for $20, which also includes a NOTICe membership! Sponsorships are also available for $75 and includes two event tickets and a donation to NOTICe for future programing. Sponsors will receive special recognition during remarks. Tickets can be purchased below. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance as they may not be available at the door; last year’s event sold out.

Members who purchased tickets to the party originally scheduled for March will have their tickets automatically applied to the new date.
