2022 Neighborhood Party

NOTICe is excited to announce the return of our Annual Neighborhood Party on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM! We are excited to return to our first in-person party event since March 2020!

The Alexan Florence has graciously opened their doors to us for this event in order to give their neighbors the opportunity to see inside one of Old Town North’s newest residences.

We are also honored to have the new Alexandria City Manager, James F. Parajon, join us as our special guest and speaker to tell us about the latest happenings in the city and to hear from you.

We hope you will join us for this exciting evening. Light hors d’ourves, beer, wine and soft drinks will be proudly catered at the event from our iconic local Old Town North restaurant, The Royal Restaurant.

All who live, work or play in Old Town North are welcome to attend the party.

Tickets for the event are $20 for NOTICe members and $30 for non-members and can be purchased at the links below. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance as space is limited and tickets may not be available at the door if the event is sold out.
