2 North Old Town Chefs Compete on Chopped, 1 Wins!

Chef Chris Edwards of Hank & Mitzi’s Italian Kitchen and chef-owner Mimi Huynh of Sunday in Saigon competed on the "Want a Gnocchi Sandwich” episode of Food Network’s Chopped.

Unfortunately, a knife slip by chef Huynh in the first round cost meant she was chopped. Chef Edwards went one to victory after out-competing two other contestants. The Patch has all the details.
